The Premium LUX Straight & Contra-Angle Handpiece 1:1 Single Spray Series is a complete low-speed attachment line for daily restorative work — cavity preparation, dental trepanning, separating, and margin finishing. Each handpiece combines a 1:1 direct drive (BLUE ring) with an internal single-mixed water spray to keep the cutting field clean. Models are available with fiber-optic cellular glass rod or non-optic, for CA burs (Ø2.35 mm), FG burs (Ø1.6 mm), and straight HP burs (Ø2.35 mm), all with ISO E-type motor connection and autoclavability up to 135 °C / 275 °F. Durable stainless-steel construction, titanium-coated grip, robust ceramic bearings, and an anti-retraction hygiene head make this series suitable for clinics, dental schools, and distributors.

FAQ

1) What is the gear ratio of this handpiece?
It is a 1:1 direct-drive (BLUE ring) contra-angle / straight attachment. Speed at the bur = speed at the motor, up to 40,000 min⁻¹.

2) Does it have internal water spray?
Yes. It uses an internal single mixed cooling spray that comes through the handpiece to the head to improve cooling and visibility.

3) Do you have both optic and non-optic versions?
Yes — E11L / E11L-FG / E11SL / E11SL-E are fiber-optic (cellular glass rod); E11 / E11S are non-optic. This allows clinics to standardize on one series.

4) Which burs can I use?

• Contra-angle CA versions: Ø2.35 mm CA burs

• FG version: Ø1.6 mm FG burs (E11L-FG)

• Straight versions: HP Ø2.35 mm (and CA Ø2.35 mm with the supplied stopper)

5) Is it autoclavable?
Yes. All models listed are autoclavable up to 135 °C / 275 °F and thermo-disinfector compatible (follow IFU). 

6) What are the typical indications?

7) Which motor does it fit?
