Premium LUX 20:1 Reduction Surgical / Implant Contra-Angle Handpiece | JinDELL
The JinDELL 20:1 Surgical / Implant Contra-Angle Handpiece is engineered for implantology, oral surgery, and osteotomy procedures that demand high torque at low speed. This model integrates a built-in generator LED (/ Fiber Optic/ Non Optic) to deliver daylight-quality illumination even on non-optic surgical motors, a External and Internal Cooling (Kirschner & Meyer) dual-cooling circuit to protect bone during drilling, and a hexagonal push-button chuck for secure clamping of surgical burs. The body is autoclavable to 135 °C, compatible with ISO E-type implant/surgical motors, and designed as a cost-efficient alternative for distributors and group practices.
- 20:1 reduction for implant & oral surgery — produces controlled, high torque at low RPM (0–2,000 min⁻¹ class).
-
Built-in LED generator — stable daylight illumination without extra light tube/power.
-
Internal & external cooling (Kirschner & Meyer) — simultaneous internal irrigation + external spray to manage temperature in osteotomy and implant site prep.
-
Push-button, hexagonal chucking system — fast bur release + anti-slip clamping for surgical burs / CA Ø2.35 mm cutters.
-
ISO E-type connection — works with most surgical / implant motors (optic and non-optic).
-
Autoclavable & thermo-washer safe — up to 135 °C / 275 °F.

FAQ:
1) What is the gear ratio of this handpiece?
It is a 20:1 reduction surgical / implant contra-angle, designed to deliver high torque at low rotational speeds for implant and oral surgery work.
2) How does the irrigation work?
The handpiece supports internal irrigation (through-the-handpiece coolant) and external irrigation (outer spray). Using both helps maintain safe temperatures during osteotomy and implant site preparation.
3) Do I need an optic motor to get light?
No. This model has a built-in generator LED, so you can have illumination even on non-optic E-type surgical motors.
4) What bur / shank does it accept?
It uses a hexagonal, push-button chuck to hold surgical burs / CA Ø2.35 mm instruments securely, reducing slippage under load.
5) Is it compatible with my unit?
It is made for ISO E-type connections, which are commonly used on dental surgical / implant motors. Tell us your motor model and we can confirm.
6) How do I sterilize it?
Clean and thermo-disinfect according to your clinic protocol, then autoclave to 135°C / 275°F. Always dry and lubricate as instructed.
7) Can it be used for regular restorative work?
It is optimized for implant and surgical tasks at low rpm / high torque. For high-speed restorative work, use a high-speed or speed-increasing contra-angle instead.
