TITANIUM 45° HIGH-SPEED DENTAL HANDPIECE | NON-OPTIC
Ti-Premium 450Pro
A Different Angle for Posterior Access
Ti-Premium 450Pro combines a lightweight titanium grip with a compact 45° angled head for dentists who want a non-optic high-speed handpiece with a different approach path. It provides up to 20 W output at 3 bar, three water-only cooling jets, a rapid approximately 2–3 second bur stop, and M4 direct or swivel QD connection options.

DESIGNED AROUND THE DENTIST'S WORKFLOW
Four Details That Define the 450Pro
Compact 45° Head
Ø10.8 × H12.2 mm head dimensions provide an alternative approach angle when a conventional head orientation is less convenient.
Titanium Grip
Approximately 40.9 g according to the current product listing, with a real-titanium grip and stainless-steel head.
Three Water-Only Jets
Three cooling water streams without an air jet or chip air—the configuration described as “no mist” in the product range.
Rapid Bur Stop
The current specification lists an approximate bur stop time of 2–3 seconds after release.
TI-PREMIUM 450PRO
Compact Head. Water-Only Cooling. Titanium in Hand.
The 450Pro brings its core specifications into one focused non-optic platform: a 45° head, titanium grip, ceramic bearings, push-button chuck, sealed anti-retraction head, and a choice between direct M4 and swivel QD configurations.
20 W|≤59 dB(A)|350,000–430,000 min−1|Ø10.8 × H12.2 mm
The 20 W performance value applies at 3 bar rated pressure and a maximum exhaust-air back pressure of 0.2 bar.
45° APPROACH
A Head Angle Designed for a Different Line of Approach
The 45° geometry gives dentists another way to orient the bur in posterior and sectioning workflows when a standard head angle may be less convenient. The appropriate procedure, bur and technique remain subject to the product instructions, local indications and the clinician’s professional judgment.
WATER-ONLY COOLING
What “Three-Jet No-Mist” Means on This Handpiece
The 450Pro uses three water jets without a separate air jet or chip-air stream. “No mist” describes this water-delivery architecture; it should not be interpreted as a claim that a high-speed dental procedure is aerosol-free.

BUR CONTROL
Push-Button Chuck with an Approximately 2–3 Second Stop
The handpiece accepts FG Ø1.6 mm burs up to 25 mm long. A push-button chuck supports routine bur changes, while the listed rapid-stop mechanism brings the bur to a stop in approximately 2–3 seconds after release.
HYGIENE AND REPROCESSING
Sealed Head, Non-Return Valve and 135°C Autoclaving
The current product specification lists a sealed anti-retraction head and non-return valve. The handpiece is washer-disinfectable and autoclavable to 135°C / 275°F. Cleaning, lubrication, packaging, sterilization and drying should follow the current instructions for use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions from Dentists, Dealers and Product Buyers
What is the Ti-Premium 450Pro?
It is a non-optic, air-driven high-speed dental handpiece with a titanium grip, compact 45° head and three water-only cooling jets.
Why would a dentist consider a 45° head?
The angled geometry provides a different approach path when a conventional head orientation is less convenient, particularly in posterior or sectioning workflows. Procedure selection and technique remain the clinician’s responsibility.
Does “no mist” mean aerosol-free?
No. On the 450Pro, “no mist” describes three water-only jets without an air jet or chip-air stream. It should not be interpreted as eliminating aerosols generated during high-speed dental procedures.
What are the power, speed and noise specifications?
The current listing specifies up to 20 W at 3 bar, 350,000–430,000 min−1, and ≤59 dB(A). The power value applies with maximum exhaust-air back pressure of 0.2 bar.
Which burs can be used?
FG Ø1.6 mm burs up to 25 mm long, subject to the current instructions for use and applicable procedure requirements.
How quickly does the bur stop?
The listed rapid-stop time is approximately 2–3 seconds after release.
Is the handpiece fiber-optic?
No. Ti-Premium 450Pro is a non-optic model. Dentists requiring fiber-optic illumination can compare it with JinDELL’s Ti-Premium LUX 450Pro series.
Which connection versions are available?
The current page lists an M4 four-hole direct version and a swivel QD version. Coupler and tubing compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.
Can it be washer-disinfected and autoclaved?
Yes. The current specification lists washer disinfection and autoclaving to 135°C / 275°F. Follow the instructions for cleaning, lubrication, packaging, sterilization and drying.
How can an international dealer request pricing?
Send the target market, expected quantity, preferred M4 or QD configuration, tubing standard and company information to JinDELL for product availability and distributor discussions.
